Get early access

The app is in early access through Apple TestFlight. Request an invitation and tell us which city you want to walk in. Available stories appear on the website map.

Report a problem

Include the story or city, what happened, and your app version if you know it. A screenshot can help. Please leave out passwords and any details you do not want to share.

For audio problems, check the volume and headphone connection. For GPS-triggered scenes, check IMRSY’s location permission in iOS Settings. Stop in a safe place before using your phone.

Delete your account or request your data

In the app, open Profile and choose Delete account. Removing the app alone does not delete your account.

If you cannot sign in, or want to request access, correction, or deletion of your data, email artem@imrsy.com. Contact us from the address associated with your account when possible. We may ask for enough information to verify the request.
