These terms apply to imrsy.com and the IMRSY app, operated by Artem Pashkov, doing business as IMRSY, in Larnaca, Cyprus. Contact artem@imrsy.com with questions.
1. Early access
IMRSY is still in development. Stories, city coverage, and features may change, and some features may be unavailable or interrupted. TestFlight access is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms.
We will explain any paid offer and its terms before you choose to purchase it. Requesting early access or contacting support does not commit you to a purchase.
2. Walking safely
Check your surroundings, crossings, access restrictions, and local conditions. Follow street signs and lawful instructions. Routes and location estimates may be inaccurate or out of date.
Keep the audio low enough to hear traffic. Pause the story whenever you need to. A scene is not an instruction to enter private property, handle an object, or interact with a passer-by.
3. Stories and generated material
IMRSY combines real places and historical context with fictional characters, dialogue, and events. AI-assisted material can contain errors. Use stories for entertainment; check a reliable source before relying on a historical or practical claim.
Use the app and audio for personal listening. Do not redistribute recordings or use the service to infringe someone else’s rights. Keep unlawful, abusive, or private third-party material out of generation requests.
4. Your account and privacy
Keep your sign-in access secure. We may restrict access when necessary to address abuse, security problems, or unlawful use. You can stop using IMRSY and delete your account at any time.

5. Your legal rights and changes
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. These terms do not limit any mandatory consumer or data protection rights.
We may update these terms as IMRSY develops. We will show the revision date here and communicate material changes on the website or in the app.
